Second Announcement

We can now add to the list of Lines of Flight performers Dunedin's great sci-fi / punk / futurist / primitive / experimental band The Futurians, Auckland's outsider free folk one-man-band Pumice, minimalist laptop musician Rosy Parlane (also from Auckland) and Wellington's enigmatic acoustic experimentalists Sign of the Hag.

The line-up is incredibly strong this time around, and we can't wait until next March. We'll do a blurb about each artist in the next month or so, for those of you unfamiliar with some of the names. Until then, here is the current lineup:

- The Dead C
- Alastair Galbraith
- Omit
- Our Love Will Destroy the World
- Eye
- Kannazuki (Peter Wright, Antony Milton and David Kahn)
- Kusum Normoyle (Australia)
- Stanier Black-Five
- Mela
- Seht (with Kim Pieters)
- The Forgotten Guests
- The Futurians
- Pumice
- Rosy Parlane
- Sign of the Hag

The festival is to be held at Chicks Hotel in Port Chalmers, just 10 minutes drive out of Dunedin, Aotearoa/New Zealand.

Dates are 24th, 25th and 26th March 2011.
